The Hudson Council of MoveOn.org, and the Saint Peter's College Social Justice Program are holding a festival of “horror” films that document some of the less well known details about how our struggling economy got this way.
The public is invited to the screenings on Monday nights at 7:00 pm at Saint Peter's College in Jersey City, New Jersey.
"The films are made from a progressive point of view," said Fr. Dave Stump SJ, coordinator of the Hudson MoveOn Council. "But we invite people of all political persuasions. FOX viewers will hear a new perspective and undecided voters will get information not available elsewhere, as they evaluate their voting options for November. We ask only that everybody bring their own popcorn and an open mind. There will be an option for discussion after each film.”
